Position and content of "Status Bar" #218

Dear @nextcloud/designers and @nextcloud/notes,

in the notes app, there is a kind of status bar, which contains the word count and the fullscreen toggle (see first screenshot). Currently, it is shown at the end of the note and doesn't have a fixed position. Hence, it moves when scrolling the note and it is not visible on opening a longer note (see second screenshot).

I suggest two things regarding this status bar:

• make the status bar always visible, i.e., give it a fixed position at the bottom
• display the note's category in the status bar and (after that) provide functionality to change the category (see Categorization [$125 awarded] #8 and Display resp. edit the current note's category #228)

If I receive a "go", I will make respective PRs for this ...
