General enhancement from #20930

  • Ability to create (via +Plus button on the right next to the title)
    • Upload files
    • Start chats or reply
    • Create events
    • Write mail
    • Have to figure out how to do it uniformly, and for external services

    This is possible through the API these days as custom widget rendering.
