Steps to reproduce

  1. Upload an avatar
  2. Reload the page

Expected behaviour

There should be a delete button

Actual behaviour

There is no delete button after reload

Happens on 13 RC2 (not on master)

    Actually it doesn't happen after uploading a new avatar. So it is just for old avatars, that were present before the update to 13. Seems to be caused by 4c3eb80 I'll have a look.
