BUG: (Typing) binary_repr does not seem to accept unsignedinteger[_8Bit] although it does #24319

Describe the issue:

np.binary_repr accepts a scalar integer array, but mypy does not like that.

Reproduce the code example:

import numpy as np

print(np.binary_repr(np.uint8(5)))

Error message:

bug.py:3: error: Argument 1 to "binary_repr" has incompatible type "unsignedinteger[_8Bit]"; expected "int"  [arg-type]
