Custom Plugins should be loaded if they are symlinks. #2087

currently lua/custom/plugins/init.lua includes all files in the plugin dir. I think it would be nice to also allow symlinks here by default.

I ran into this because I'm using stow to manage my dotfiles which seems like a common enough use-case.
