Plotly is holding back update of HTTP

Plotly requires 0.9, latest is 0.10.9.
Version 0.9 doesn't work in Julia 1.11.

I am also suffering from this, but the lack of response here suggests that Plotly.jl is no longer actively maintained. I think I also typically use PlotlyJS.jl and do not actually need Plotly.jl. Maybe that works for others too.
