Sidebar Panel UI: Toggle chat interface from any admin page #2

Goal

Move Neural Admin interface to a slide-in sidebar panel accessible from anywhere in WordPress admin.

Design

• Toggle button: Fixed top-right corner (outside admin bar)
• Panel: Slide-in from right side (~300-400px width)
• Content: Current chat interface moves into sidebar
• Behavior:
  • Accessible from any WP admin page
  • Context-aware (knows which admin page user is on)
  • Push content left OR overlay with backdrop?

Benefits

• Always accessible (not just on Neural Admin page)
• Better UX for quick SRE tasks
• Context-aware AI based on current admin page

Implementation Notes

• Fixed positioning CSS
• Slide animation (transform translateX)
• Z-index management
• Mobile responsive?

High - improves demo UX for CloudFest
