The following issue is reproducible with BPEdit, a tool that uses pyQode and pyQode.cobol for the UI parts:
- if the complete source is shown (nothing is collapsed) you can set "Breakpoints" in any line (that allows it) by clicking on the breakpoint panel
- if you collapse some source lines and click on a line afterwards you don't see the Marker in most cases
I've tried to do some debugging and found out that bpedit.gui.gui_handler is actually called with the correct line (I assumed the error here) and therefore the Marker's __init__ gets the correct line, too - not sure why it doesn't work.
