pyQode is not maintained anymore #79

Description

@ColinDuquesnoy

I decided to stop maintaining pyQode. The decision was not easy to make, I lost motivation to work on the project while some other great editor are now coming with very good support for all the languages I use daily: Visual Studio Code is really awesome for C++, QML and Python and it's open-source.

I will edit the readme and the documentation to clearly state that the project is not maintained anymore. If anyone want to continue the project, feel free to post here and I'll make you part of the pyQode github organisation with full access to the repositories.

I will not fix the remaining issues and will not make a last release.
