What did you do?

Run test suite on Windows.

What did you expect to happen?

Tests pass.

What actually happened?

Tests fail and quit.

Notes

@cgohlke can't reproduce this outside the tests, and AppVeyor isn't failing.

    It's possible that this is resolved, as @cgohlke stated for 6.0.0 that all tests pass - #3618 (comment)
