Default level bump in >=8.0.0 ? #700

Description

@davidhulick

Hello,

I've noticed that parser_angular_default_level_bump has been removed in 8.0.0 of Python Semantic Release. Previously we could set parser_angular_default_level_bump=patch to increment the patch version number when no valid angular commit tags were found. Is there now a way to do this without writing our own parser?

Thank You!

    Hey @davidhulick - you can add

    [tool.semantic_release.commit_parser_options]
    default_bump_level = "patch"

    Hello! Thank you for the response. This seems to product a typeError. My parser config is as follows:

    [semantic_release.commit_parser_options]
    allowed_tags = ["build", "chore", "ci", "docs", "feat", "fix", "perf", "style", "refactor", "test"]
    minor_tags = ["feat"]
    patch_tags = ["fix", "perf"]
    default_bump_level = "patch"

    This results in the output

    dhulick@dhulick-HP:~/development/scratch/version-test$ semantic-release -vv version --print
    [15:08:46] DEBUG [semantic_release.cli.commands.main] DEBUG main.main: logging level set to: DEBUG main.py:104

    @davidhulick don't worry about a separate issue, this one is enough

    Still in backlog, hopefully to tackle this with the configuration improvements in next major release
