Validation fails for URLs with Punycode, even though they are correct URLs:

validators.url("https://www.xn--bld-tna.com")
ValidationFailure(func=url, args={'value': 'https://www.xn--bld-tna.com', 'public': False})

    Doing a little testing, for some reason the library does not like multiple dashes in a row.
    Another url example I found today. If I remove 2 of the 3 dashes after "live" it validates correctly.
