.gitignore : new file => ok
configure.ac : remove -Wall to avoid ugly looking code => ok
inc/jtag_api.h : documenation edits and whitespace corrections => ok
inc/swd_eud.h : #ifdef change => ok
src/jtag_api,h : code rearrangement and beautification => ok

Add a .gitignore for all the autotools stuff and fix compilation on modern GCC, this gets it building against rebased openocd (https://github.com/linux-msm/openocd)
