Support Ubuntu 26.04 (Resolute Raccoon) #851

remotes::system_requirements() only recognizes Ubuntu releases up to 24.04, so 26.04 (Resolute Raccoon) is unsupported:

remotes::system_requirements("ubuntu", "26.04")

Not sure what needs to be fixed upstream to actually support this.
