[Bug]: Created Patrol suppression rules have no UI removal control #2528

Open

Description

@pulse-triage

Origin: discussion #2523, one operator signal. The reporter confirmed using Add a rule on a finding. The single-rule API workaround worked for them on 5 October; this resolves their immediate removal, not the missing UI control.

Pulse version

6.4.5

Existing behaviour

FindingsPanel and Patrol attention details can create permanent resource/category suppression rules. Stable v6.4.5, published v6.5.0-rc.1 and main have no frontend list/delete control for these manually created rules; Reopen only undoes an individual finding's dismissal. The authenticated backend already supports GET /api/ai/patrol/suppressions and DELETE of one exact rule ID.

Required correction

Make the existing permanent decision reversible from the existing Patrol flow, without requiring developer-console work, copied credentials or data-file edits. Show rule identity, resource/category scope and reason; require explicit selection and confirmation; preserve organisation/authentication/CSRF, unrelated rules and history, and truthful failure/readback state. Distinguish manual rules from finding-backed dismissals: removing a manual rule allows future findings but need not reopen an earlier dismissal.

This is maintenance of the existing Create rule flow, not a new rule engine or page. No stable-to-RC regression is established; the API workaround does not establish that the missing UI has been repaired.
