[DevTools Bug]: Copy to clipboard doesn't work #31422

Repro steps
- Open the devtools to the Components tab
- Select a component. I used the first Context.Provider, but I suspect it doesn't matter.
- In the
propspanel, click the top-right "copy to clipboard" icon. - Observe what gets put into the clipboard.
