Add 'Black application window on MacOS (Monterey) running on non-metal hardware through OCLP' issue to FAQ/Wiki #12318

Bug Description

After experiencing a black window and searching here in issues and finding no open issues for this, I digged further and after an hour found another user with the issue in another closed thread here, which linked to a thread that didn't explain the issue or how to solve it.

After some more digging on other forums I found a link to this comment #4357 (comment) on #4357 detailing the issue and that it won't be fixed (unless Flutter is updated with a fix).

It was hard for me to find since I'm not used to Won't fixes not being referenced in a wiki or FAQ, and be easy to find with a search. The only reason I kept looking was to make sure the issue hadn't been reported before repoting it myself.

Most other users would just have given up and concluded that Rustdesk didn't work and moved on to a competitor.

It was first when I started searching through »closed« issues that similar issues appeared, with non of them seemingly having been referenced anywhere else before closing. And without noting that there might be a fix in downgrading to 1.9.0 or upgrading to Ventura on OCLP (#4490) (which I've requested an answer to now.)

Because of the nature of the issue in the application rendering, I understand it's probably not feasible or possible to add an error that's shown to the user. Because of this it would help a lot if the issue was at least easy to search and find in the FAQ, to figure out. It could be under a »OCLP compatability issues« section in the FAQ, since people would probably be searching for that as well to try and figure out the issue.

How to Reproduce

Install Rustdesk on a non-metal supporting computer running Macos (perhaps just Monterey) with OCLP.

Searching for the issue along the lines of »Rustdesk black application window issue/bug« or »Rustdesk OCLP issues/bugs« reach no answers in FAQ or easily understandable answers in open Github issues.

Expected Behavior

Application throwing an error explaning the issue.

Reference in FAQ/Wiki that shown up with the aformentioned or similar search queries.

I hope this issue will also make it easier for people to search and find the reason and possible solution for this issue.
