gonio positions in MANDI files are not in the same place as in NMX files; you'll have to get them from the /entry/DASlogs group, e.g. /entry/DASlogs/BL11B:Mot:phi, /entry/DASlogs/BL11B:Mot:chi, /entry/DASlogs/BL11B:Mot:omega, then use the average_value from those logs. I don't think the instrument_xml has the gonio data.
