Is the sc notebook representation still useful? #3843

Typing sc in a notebook cell creates a small html output that lists all the scipp variables, data arrays and data groups currently in the global namespace.

This was introduced way back at the start of Scipp development, when Mantid users where saying it was useful to have a list of all the workspaces that were currently loaded in memory (as listed in the left panel of the Mantid gui).

This is currently broken in the docs builds:

Do we still need this?
I have a feeling it is entirely unused...

    Huh, that is funky! Never thought of accessing this information in this way. But +1 on removing this, I don't think it's worth the effort to maintain this, jupyterlab does have a inbuilt variable inspector via the debugger if users want so maybe we can point people towards that?
