instancename parameter to Configuration::getInstance deprecated #1744
Since 4e15051 (2009) the
$instancenameparameter toConfiguration::getInstance()is deprecated with no clear course of action.Either we should remove it now after being deprecated for so long, or just remove the notice that it's deprecated.
