Attributes translation doesn't work? #2572

Description

@Kojiro-Goto

When display consentform.twig, attributes translated name isn't displayed.
But if you add "X-Domain messages\n" into attributes.po on locales/ folder, translated name is displayed.

Please tell me appropriate solution to display translated attribute name.

    Moving this issue to the base repository, because it's a generic issue and not just for the consent-module.
    @monkeyiq We can easily solve this by adding the messages-domain to the attributes.po file, but I feel like this has to be in a separate 'attributes' domain. This probably means we have to include that domain in every module that uses the attribute-translation, but I'm not entirely sure how this works. Can you help?

    The changes in #2575 should allow the normal non domained attributes.po files to load properly.

    I have flipped this to #2576 after playing with the CI a little bit there.
