HTTPError on forms with createServerFn

serverFn.url for forms does respond correctly, instead giving an HTTP error. All three deployment adapters in this repo fail for form actions (testFn.url) but succeed for click events (await testFn())

• Run pnpm dev
• Access servers localhost:3000, localhost:3001 and localhost:3002
• Click the "Through button" button on each, look at the logs for each
• Click the "Through form" button on each, see the error
