status.openlabtesting.org/status doesn't support https #202
changed the title [-]http://status.openlabtesting.org/status doesn't support https[/-][+]status.openlabtesting.org/status doesn't support https[/+]on Mar 1, 2019
I am not sure why we need https but the certificate for openlabtesting.org is wildcard SSL if this is approved by @kiwik@liu-sheng I will put on the server
zuul provide RESTful APIs via website. Like GET status.openlabtesting.org/status/api/buildsets. I suppose others can use these APIs to fetch job information. But If the request is from a https page, to follow the Same Origin Policy, some browsers will raise errors like:
Mixed Content: The page at '<URL>' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure XMLHttpRequest endpoint '<URL>'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
@mrhillsman yes, Xiyuan is working on a PoC about a Machine learning operation board, which is presented in a new web page and also need the jobs info from Zuul. So if it is not hard, please help to put it on. thanks :)
LGTM, @wangxiyuan please provide enough background information to help us to decide whether OpenLab should support your needs when you report a bug, thank you.
@mrhillsman The openlab environment was restored last week, so that the https protocol for status.openlabtesting.org is missing again. Could you please add it back? Thanks very much.
