Adds a dedicated smoke test for the
--custom-configoption:CONFIG_FOO=yassignment must abort with a clear error before anything else runs.scripts/config --set-str DEFAULT_HOSTNAME cc-smoke,scripts/config --set-val PANIC_TIMEOUT 42) and asserts both landed in/boot/config-<ver>.The directives are chosen to be guaranteed different from the distro baseline, so the assertions fail if custom config is silently not applied.
