Was downloading the newest v19 Node.JS ISO I noticed the checksums were not matching up. I tried downloading again same issue. For giggles I tired downloading the LAMP ISO and same issue check sums are not matching up. I thought maybe my hashing app was on the fritz. So I downloaded v18 of Node and that did match so my hashing app is working. Looking at the dates inside the ISO modified dates show a newer ISO than what the hash. I assume new ISOs were generated and the hashes were not regen.
Here are some SHA256 for what I downloaded vs what the hash file says as you see they are not the same.
