  1. feat: wire call-site line into raw_calls and handler line in all fram…

    …ework adders (v1.0.55)

    Closes the last structural gap in the telemetry substrate:

    - GraphNode::Function.raw_calls is now Vec<RawCall { expr, line }> instead
      of Vec<String>. The line was already in FunctionCall.location.line but
      the graph builder dropped it.

    - All five framework route handlers (FastAPI, Flask, Express, Go, Rust)
      now populate location.line at graph-build time. Previously every
      framework adder hard-coded line: None — the v1.0.54 'fix' lived in
      analysis/src/graph/mod.rs, which is dead code (the production graph
      comes from unfault-core via impl From<core::CodeGraph>).

    - stub_callees_from_raw_calls uses the call-site line as fallback for
      unresolved callees (bound methods, dynamic imports, ambiguous
      cross-module). Agents now get a useful location in every case.

    - FileLogging.quality serializes as 'kind' in JSON for vocabulary
      consistency with RouteLogs::kind and CalleeInfo::kind.

    - (method, path) collisions documented as intentional substrate.
