Updates the AI Agent Prism request configuration to treat the chat-latest model as a “no temperature” model, aligning with providers that reject the temperature parameter for that model name.

- Extend the “reasoning/no-temperature” model detection to include
chat-latest. - Adjust downstream Prism request behavior by skipping
usingTemperature()whenchat-latestis selected.
