In the "List" view (or any view with "Sections" you can create) please would you provide a color background or allow users to select a color for the section header line?

We need you to create an automatic notification system that lets people know that their job has been received, something like a receipt of their ticket with a link to their submission. Currently, they feel like their job goes into an abyss. Our temporary solution is to copy and paste a copy of their job into an email and notify them that way. But that is added time and work that is really unnecessary. We also need for "comments" or other updates to be sent to the submitter. The email system you have inside the job is useful, yet clunky.

Public projects show in every member’s left sidebar, even if they are not a member. No way to hide one for a single person without making the project private for everyone.

Our users occasionally forget to set a comment to "Visible to external users". They would like to be able to fix that after posting rather than having to repost the entire comment again. This would lead to a much cleaner interface with more focused comments as well as a better user experience.

Formula custom fields can already use native dates via helpers like START_DATE(), DUE_DATE(), and COMPLETED_DATE(). There is no equivalent for Hive’s native Modified date (modifiedAt). That blocks formulas such as days since last update, stale-card flags, and any calc that should follow real card activity (including comments).

We do not need Approved with Changes. This option is not needed for our organization and confuses our team members. Can this feature be toggled off via the Settings?

In a project's List view, when filtering actions by Labels, scope the label checkbox dropdown to labels actually used on actions in that project, rather than showing every label used across the organization. This would make project-level label filtering easier and reduce irrelevant options.
