I design and build cloud systems and AI applications for enterprise. My background spans architecture, hands-on engineering, and the messy human work of getting technology adopted at scale.

Currently I'm focused on agentic systems, and how they help organizations turn complex technology into real business value.

Work Experience

February 2020 - April 2026

  • Guided enterprise customers through architecture design sessions and reviews specializing in cloud native apps, Kubernetes, security, and DevOps — 2024 NSAT 196/200.
  • Authored of official Azure Architecture Center and Cloud Adoption Framework guidance on governance, DevOps, and cloud native apps.
  • Applied UX research methodologies to surface patterns across enterprise engagements and present cloud native insights to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure Developer Division product groups.
  • Automated Security and SDL compliance requirements with customized pipelines for a multi-repo, non-standard git workflow.

Get in Touch

I'm taking 2026 as an intentional career break — traveling, reconnecting with family and friends abroad, and coding for fun. After six years in a remote role, I want to work hybrid or on-site in Munich.

If you are interested in collaborating or you have a challenging role worth considering now, let's talk.

AI Apps

Tally Split AI

I built an AI app that turns a hand-annotated receipt into a fair split. Underneath the simple idea: a multi-layer LLM pipeline, computer vision for the handwriting, and a custom HMAC security model.

AKS Architect AI

An AI advisor for designing Azure Kubernetes clusters. It blends official Well-Architected best practices and Microsoft docs with guidance personalized to your requirements. I aimed to digitize the version of me that only Microsoft's enterprise clients had access to.

Architecting and Herding Coding Agents

I trusted coding agents to work autonomously on my computer until on 14 July 2026, I discovered Claude Code exploring my computer looking for context1. When an agent is missing something, it gets resourceful. A clearer prompt helps. But it isn't a boundary.
Two days later, Hugging Face disclosed a security incident. OpenAI's agents had escaped an evaluation sandbox and compromised parts of its infrastructure. Different scale, same pattern: when something is missing, the agent gets resourceful.
The next day, I started designing an autonomous coding agent system for my personal software development workflow.

Architecting and working with AI is… slower?

I designed and wrote my GPG and YubiKey guide with two AI models. I expected it to be faster. It was not. Here is what AI actually changed about how I work, and where my own discipline still mattered.

Infra vs Apps – Where are my Pipelines?

One app is easy to automate; add components, infrastructure and teams and you're lost. How many pipelines and repos do you need? Criteria to slice your pipelines without spaghettifying them.
