No he’s not mentally 2, yes he may be very young since he was born physically into the world around junpei’s bullies or something. But mind you he is a curse! He has no canon age, he is said to have high intellect, meaning he can’t be mentally 2 with the things he’s done, no mentally 2 year old even as a curse would act like he acts. Curses probably act differently than human but I doubt a curse even mentally 2 would be able to fight and think like he does, or use domain expansion like he does as I assume a curse like him still has to learn just like jujutsu sorcerers. Nanami notes Mahito’s fighting to be childish and chaotic and even sees him as immature and dangerous but later Mahito quite literally changes and locks tf in meaning he’s matured a lot just based on just his fighting. By your logic which I don’t know who you ship or if you even do, Mahito can’t be shipped with anyone PERIOD, which Mahito and Choso are pretty popular and no one say anything bad about them unless they dislike the characters, mostly hate on Mahito, rather than their ship, remember Choso is 150+. You’re more than welcome to explain about Mahito being mentally 2, as if there genuinely is a problem I won’t ship but as far as I know Mahito isn’t mentally 2.
