How do Polsen watches work?
The Polsen watch is a screenless health tracker powered by PPG and motion sensors. It captures your heart rate every 10 seconds, continuously, delivering a live, minute-by-minute timeline of how your body responds to daily demands, calibrated to your own baseline. All your data and insights live in the Polsen app, so you can see where your energy goes and act before load builds up.
How are Polsen watches different from other wearables?
Most trackers give you the basics: steps, sleep, HRV. The Reactivity Monitor™ goes further — its minute-by-minute timeline shows how your body spends its resources meeting every demand of your day, and how quickly it returns to baseline. No averaging, no information lost. The result is a complete picture of what your body went through, not a score telling you how you did. No subscription, no dopamine loops. Your data stored on your phone by default, on EU-based servers under European law if you choose to sync. Never sold.
Do Polsen watches track physical activity, steps, and sleep?
Yes, Polsen watches track all the basics: activity, steps, sleep duration, night HRV (heart rate variability), and resting HR (heart rate), plus, unique stress metrics continuously captured in the Reactivity Monitor™.
How are Polsen watches manufactured?
Our watches are designed at Polsen Health HQ in Amsterdam and produced in Finland. All components including our research-grade sensors are specially selected to be both durable and skin-safe. We only use high-quality materials to ensure the best experience.
Do I need a subscription to access all my data and features?
No, you do not need a subscription. As soon as your Polsen watch is out of the box, the companion app and all features are completely free to use. Your health data belongs entirely to you, and we don’t charge you for core functionalities.
How does Polsen Health manage and store user data?
We respect your privacy and never access your data unless you choose to share it. Shared data is securely stored on EU-based AWS servers (Frankfurt) with advanced encryption and is used only to improve the app and algorithms. You can download your data anytime, and we will never sell or distribute it to third parties.
Where does Polsen Health ship to?
Currently, we ship within the European Union and to Canada, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America.
Customs regulations prevent us from shipping elsewhere, but we are exploring how to expand our shipping destinations to include new countries.
