Swift files
Generate Swift code from decrypted IPA files so you can read behavior at the source level.
iosy by OpenSyntaxx
iosy is a standalone CLI for decrypted iOS apps. Generate deterministic Swift output locally, then review the recovered project in your own editor. Your IPA stays on your workstation.
Downloads are available for macOS, Windows, and Linux. Sign in from iosy to activate your plan.

Use an iOS app package you are authorized to inspect.
Decompilation happens inside the standalone CLI on your machine.
Review files, structure, and resources in your editor.
Output
iosy turns a decrypted IPA into a Swift project with files, folders, and resources you can inspect in your own editor.
Generate Swift code from decrypted IPA files so you can read behavior at the source level.
Recover a project layout with files, folders, resources, and related app artifacts in one place.
Open the recovered project in your editor and search classes, methods, SDK calls, and resources.
Run the same supported input with the same iosy build and get the same output files.
IPA to Swift
iosy focuses on Swift decompilation for iOS apps. The output is made for manual inspection: open the Swift project, follow files and symbols, compare runs, and review behavior without sending the IPA to a hosted service.
Sample workflow
A reproducible sample: public Signal-iOS source, a locally built IPA, and a ZIP archive with Swift code produced by iosy.
Example uses public Signal-iOS source. Signal is not affiliated with OpenSyntaxx.
On-premise by design
OpenSyntaxx handles licensing and billing. iosy handles decompilation locally, inside your own environment.
The IPA is processed on your machine. There is no hosted queue and no cloud decompilation step.
Your app binary stays on your workstation. The web account is used for license, billing, and activation.
Download the ZIP archive for macOS, Windows, or Linux, extract it, and run iosy in your local environment.
Workflow
The website is for accounts, subscription, and downloads. The product itself runs as a standalone tool on your machine.
Install the standalone CLI build for your operating system.
Use your OpenSyntaxx account to activate your current plan.
Point iosy at an IPA file you are authorized to inspect. The decompilation runs locally.
Open the project files in your editor and inspect app behavior, dependencies, and project structure.
Use cases
iosy is for companies and individual researchers who need readable Swift output from apps they are allowed to inspect.
Inspect iOS app behavior from Swift output instead of working only from symbols or assembly views.
Trace third-party SDK usage, integration points, and app-side calls inside the recovered project.
Understand old iOS apps when original source is missing, incomplete, or unavailable to the review team.
Use the Commercial plan when iosy is part of company work, client review, or professional research.
Pricing
The trial lets you inspect deterministic Swift output on your own machine. Paid plans unlock complete generation for manual use.
