The handover
One project, read from both sides
Every row is the same thing seen twice: what gets built, and what belongs to you when it is done.
- PD Labs builds The application — front end, backend, database
- You own The full repository, transferred on final payment
- PD Labs builds Domain purchase and DNS configuration
- You own The domain, registered in your name from day one
- PD Labs builds Deployment, SSL, backups, monitoring
- You own The hosting account — mine to manage, or yours to keep
- PD Labs builds App Store and Play Store submission
- You own Your own Apple and Google developer accounts
- PD Labs builds Design, copy and image assets
- You own Every source file, no licence, no renewal
Publishing many clients under one agency developer account gets apps rejected, and a single ban takes down everyone at once. Yours stays yours. We help you set it up.

Care plan
Hosting, daily backups, security updates, uptime alerts and small edits. Priced by how many people use what we built rather than by what it cost to build — a site serving 500 people a month and one serving 80,000 do not need the same server. Optional, and cancellable any time; the work is yours either way.
Not included in any price
- Domain name — about $12 a year, registered in your name
- Hosting — from $5 a month, or take a care plan above
- Apple Developer account — $99 a year, to publish on the App Store
- Google Play account — $25 once, to publish on Play
- Payment gateway fees — bKash, Nagad, Stripe and card processors charge per transaction
- Paid services your project depends on — SMS, maps, email delivery
Each of these is billed by the provider, at their own price, to an account in your name. We do not mark them up and we take no cut. Whichever ones your project needs are listed on the written quote before you pay anything.
How a project runs
Six steps, in this order
-
First call
You describe the business problem. We say honestly whether software solves it, and roughly what it costs.
-
Written scope and fixed quote
A document listing what is included and — the part that stops projects drifting — what is not.
-
Half up front
Fifty percent on signing, the balance before handover. Larger builds split 40/30/30.
-
Build, in the open
A live preview link from day one, updated as it goes. No long silence ending in a surprise.
-
Review
Two rounds of revisions included. Anything outside the agreed scope becomes a written change order first, so cost is never a surprise.
-
Handover
Final payment, then the repository, the credentials and the accounts. The ledger above, settled.
Questions
The ones people actually ask
How long does it take?
A website is 2–3 days, an app 3–4, a store 4–7 — counted from the day the scope is agreed, not the day you first message. The written quote carries a real date, not a hopeful one.
Who owns the App Store and Play Store accounts?
You do. Apple is $99 a year, Google Play $25 once, both paid by you and registered in your name, with us added as a developer. That is Apple and Google policy — and it means your app can never be taken down over something another client did.
What else will I have to pay for?
The domain, the hosting, and for an app the Apple and Google developer accounts. Those are charged by the provider, in your name, at their price — we add nothing on top. The full list sits under the prices above, and whatever your project needs is on the quote before you pay anything.
Do I have to host with you?
No. Managed hosting is an optional care plan. If you would rather own it, we set it up on your account and hand it across. The domain is in your name either way.
What if I need changes after launch?
Two revision rounds are included before handover. After that, take a care plan for ongoing small changes or pay hourly for one-off work. Nothing is forced on you.
What if we are not a good fit?
We will say so on the first call and point you somewhere better. A project neither side is happy with costs us both more than a straight no.
