A digital business card is a web page with everything a paper card has: your name, title, company, photo and how to reach you. You share it with a link or a QR code, which is why it also works as a QR code business card at events. Some people call it a virtual business card. It is the same thing, a card that lives on a screen instead of on paper. ProIntro publishes yours at a short URL with your name in it, and nobody needs an app to open it.

01Is the digital business card really free?
Yes. The free plan gives you one published card with up to three contact rows, the three core templates, background removal, a vCard, a QR code, the first three contacts per card from your form, and three paper card scans and three added contacts a month. Pro is $49/yr or $6.99/mo with a 7-day free trial. It adds unlimited contacts and scans, up to five cards, premium templates, a branded QR code and detailed analytics, removes the ProIntro branding, and lets your card show up in Google.
02Do I need an app?
No. You build the card in your browser and people open the page in theirs. There is no ProIntro app to install.
03When do I have to sign up?
Only when you publish. You can build your card without an account, and your draft stays on this device until you claim a username.
04Can I use a QR code?
Yes. Every published card has a QR and a downloadable QR wallpaper, so it can work as a QR code business card at an event. The QR never expires, even on the free plan. Pro lets you put your brand color and logo on it.
05Can I scan a paper business card?
Yes. Take a photo of the card in your dashboard and ProIntro fills in the name, email, phone and company. Add where you met and it goes in your contacts, next to everyone who shared their details from your card. Export them all as a CSV. Free includes three scans a month. Pro has no limit.
06Can I add my card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?
Yes, free. Add it from your dashboard and it sits in your wallet next to your boarding passes. The pass shows your name, title and photo, plus a QR people scan to open your card. Change your card and the pass updates.
