How do I book the villa?
- Vacation rental (short stay): You submit your request directly on the website through the villa's page. Our team will contact you to go over the details, and the booking will be officially confirmed once the 25% deposit has been paid.
What's included in the rental price?
Vacation rental: Includes water and electricity consumption, bed linen and towels. A mandatory final cleaning fee of €250 applies. Mid-stay cleaning is optional (€20/hour, subject to availability).
Is a deposit required?
Vacation rental: A 25% deposit is paid to confirm the booking. The remaining 75% plus a security deposit (€500) is due 3 weeks before the check-in date (if you prefer, the €500 security deposit can be paid in cash on arrival). The security deposit is refunded once the property's condition has been checked at checkout.
What's the cancellation policy?
Vacation rental:
- Up to 3 weeks before the check-in date: the 25% deposit paid to confirm the booking is retained.
- From 3 weeks before the check-in date onward: a 100% penalty of the rental amount applies.
Are pets allowed?
As a general rule, pets are not allowed, unless previously agreed in writing with our team before finalizing the booking or contract.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am. Changes to these times are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. All guests over 16 must present valid ID, in accordance with tourism regulations.
Is there a minimum stay?
Vacation rental: The minimum rental period is 2 weeks.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we can help arrange private transfers from Palma airport for your stay. Just ask us when you make your request.
