response(), serve() and download() read the file's MIME type and size,
and mimeType() rethrows UnableToRetrieveMetadata when the disk is
configured to throw. Size lookups always throw it for a missing file.
The four methods now declare the exception, as Laravel does.

Laravel: laravel/framework#59534
Source: laravel/framework master cd6e81dff3ba7a4564ac88c3949698c728d20109

Validation: full PHPStan, FacadeDocblocksTest, php-cs-fixer and git diff
--check are clean.
