Script Consulting and Screenwriting Coach Jimmy George

Last week I had a quick phone consultation with Jimmy George. Can’t recommend his insights enough if you’re a screenwriter or’d like to be.

Script Butcher is the best script consultant I’ve had the pleasure of working with over the last 6 years. I’ve always worked with script consultants but by comparison, Jimmy takes doctoring screenplays to the next level of excellence. He finds the holes missing, the intense cinematic moments needed, the emotional pull from characters required to catapult your story into a great story. There is no sugarcoating when it comes to his notes. It’ll be thorough and guided, so be prepared for the truth. He can find solutions in what is not working. He provides well known comparisons to better help your writing journey. Jimmy is a master at understanding plot and character in whatever genre. I respect his advice, follow his guidance but always stay true to the story. I consider Jimmy George my Yoda, for as long as he’s the Script Butcher, I’ll be a Master Jedi.
