Sightline 2027

One connected platform. Run by AI.

On September 16th, 2026 we opened our Chicago headquarters for the first-ever Sightline: a full day for Enterprise Shippers on what AI can actually change inside a freight and logistics operation.

AI runs your freight. Our experts handle the exceptions.

Loadsmart HQ, Chicago  ·  September 16, 2026

Felipe Capella opened the day with a question

What is the most valuable commodity in the world?

It's not oil. It's not gold. It's not data. It is time. Felipe Capella, Chief Executive Officer, Loadsmart

That question set the tone for the whole day. Everything after it came back to the same place: the hours a freight team spends on repetitive work, and where those hours could go instead.

Felipe Capella on stage delivering the opening keynote at Sightline 2027

The day

What happened in Chicago.

Sightline was built around enterprise shippers and the people building Loadsmart AI, together for a day, working through what a freight operation should hand to a machine and what it should keep.

One idea ran through every session. Freight operations are held together by people absorbing thousands of small exceptions, the status update that never came, the chased POD, the appointment that has to move. Agents can take that work now, and people keep the judgment, the relationships and the decisions.

Live reveal

One Connected Intelligence: Watch a Load Run Itself From Start to Finish

Paul Rehmet, VP of Product. Sam Belt, Director of Strategic Solutions

Your tasks don't just get 80% done. They get 100% done.Paul Rehmet

One load from order to settlement, live on stage, including a phone call to an agent that reschedules an appointment.

Where this goes

Paul and Sam closed the day by running a single load from order to settlement, dropping an exception into the middle of it, and an agent resolved it on stage. What they were showing is the direction. One orchestration layer over the systems you already run, agents taking the repetitive volume, and our freight experts picking up whatever the agents cannot finish.

Felipe Capella, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Loadsmart, expects that by 2030 the system will handle the exception on its own, inside the rules the shipper sets. You do not have to wait until then to find out what it does on your freight.

What is live

The six agents we put on stage.

All six run on top of the systems you already have, so your TMS, WMS and ERP stay where they are.

If your operation runs a repetitive workflow outside those six, our team can scope the build of an AI agent for it.

01

Scheduling

Books and moves dock appointments when an ETA changes.

02

Tracking and status

Chases the silence when a load goes quiet.

03

Document collection

Gets the BOL or POD from the carrier, reads it, files it.

04

Tender failures

Handles rejections and retenders on your own rules.

05

Load audits

Flags the accessorials the documents do not support.

06

Claims processing

Assembles the paperwork a claim needs.

Before any contract

Start with one workflow.

Pick the workflow costing your team the most time, one of the six or something of your own, and we take it from there.

01

A personalized demo

Built on the workflow you picked, running on your freight.

02

A one-day onsite workshop

We come to you. Your team and ours in a room, working out how it would run and where the data comes from.

03

A proof of concept

An agent working on a limited set of your loads, so you judge it on your own numbers.

Book your demo

Tell us the workflow that bothers you most. We'll run it.

Name the one costing your team the most time and we will build the demo around it, running on your freight.
