    We talk through the process, where it gets stuck and what a useful first improvement would look like.

  2. Scope or retainer

    You get a written proposal: a fixed scope for a defined project, or a monthly arrangement for ongoing work.

  3. The build

    I make the technical decisions and build the system. You work directly with me, without an account manager or junior handoff.

  4. The handoff

    Working software, usable documentation and a clear plan for ownership, hosting and support.
