Questions
Why is the Free plan free?
Because the code is already free. Stategraph is open source, and anyone can self-host it at no cost. The Free plan is the same product, hosted by us, so a small team skips the work of running it. Teams that outgrow the limits move to Pro, and that pays for it.
What counts as a run?
A plan or an apply. Free includes 50 runs per calendar month. Orchestration Pro has no run limit.
How does the trial work?
New accounts start on Orchestration Pro for 30 days, with no credit card. After that, you stay on Free with every feature. Infrastructure as a Database also has a 30-day free trial, with no credit card.
Do I need Orchestration to use Infrastructure as a Database?
No. Infrastructure as a Database works with Orchestration or under the CI you already run.
Can I self-host?
Yes. Stategraph Open Source is free. Orchestration Pro costs the same self-hosted as on Stategraph Cloud. Infrastructure as a Database runs self-hosted, air-gapped, or BYOC. Compare editions →
