Questions, answered.
Does Suby connect to my bank?
No. Suby never reads your bank, cards or subscription providers. You add only the subscriptions you choose — manually, from the catalog, or from a screenshot or statement file you submit for review.
Is Suby free?
Yes — track unlimited subscriptions from our catalog, free forever, with no ads. Suby Premium starts with a 7-day free trial, then costs $1.99/month or $14.99/year. It adds unlimited custom services, unlimited screenshot imports, encrypted cloud backup, linking people to more than one shared plan, live rates with the full rate history, widget settings, the subscription health score and the Global reach world map.
Is my subscription data private?
Yes. By default, all your subscription data is stored only on your device. If you use cloud backup, your data is stored in a private area that only your account can reach, encrypted in transit and at rest. It is not end-to-end encrypted — see the privacy page for exactly what leaves your device.
Do the people I share with need Suby?
Not when you add them by name and manage the settle-up list yourself. An invite link creates a live shared copy that they join with Suby and a free account; linking people to more than one shared plan needs Premium.
