Restore history after canceled navigation in v13! 🔙

2. Add the `canceledNavigationResolution` option to your router
Now, when a navigation fails, this option tells the router to navigate back to the location in history before the navigation occurred.
Is performance on the web getting better? The answer is yes :) 33% of origins now meet the Core Web Vitals thresholds! Lots of improvements from sites using a framework too.
