Major ReactOS NTDLL LDR rewrite is still in progress... Still some issues with module snapping preventing successful booting to desktop.

Hello there! ReactOS NT6+ NTDLL LDR in progress, thought I could remove PE image loader code duplication in NTOSKRNL and FreeLdr while at it. Not so fast it seems. 😒
