On the one hand, it seems like everyone is buying into (or selling) a software factory. On the other hand, whenever I talk to most people they aren’t really doing even the most basic step of not handreading code.

OH: People like us have been rewarded because we’re good at cognitive puzzles. And we forget that most things are actually social puzzles. The AI moment to come is especially suited for founders who can see the social puzzle and then are able to map it to a cognitive puzzle they

Great value in pretending to solve cognitive puzzles when you are actually solving social puzzles. But also often not optimal for the group!
