Hmm, been trying to switch to Zed a couple of times now, but I think I've tried and "failed" 4-5 times. It's close now, but the Git/VCS UX is still missing a few things...
Great article on managing context, many good techniques and workflows. I personally avoid /compact and do a manual summary and new convo instead (fresh+brief). And I try to avoid contexts longer than 200k, since context rot usually starts there if you're doing non-trivial work.
