@MicrosoftHelps I have Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 and the behavior of the Fn key is driving me to distraction. How do I get it to lock on and not flip every time I accidentally bump it?

Hey @Microsoft: *Microsoft* Windows 11 USB installer doesn't work on a *Microsoft* Surface Laptop 4. Well it does, but the keyboard and trackpad don't. You need to use a hub and external keyboard/mouse. If there's a trick to make it work you should tell Microsoft Support.
