We've updated #StarDist for @FijiSc. imagej.net/StarDist It now works with the macro recorder and comes with a model for segmenting nuclei in H&E stained tissues. All changes: github.com/mpicbg-csbd/st… Joint effort with @martweig, @ChiguireKun, @romainGuiet, @haesleinhuepf!
