We’ve updated the Airbnb cancellation policy experience in Hostfully to make it easier to see which options are available for each property.

Here’s what’s new:

✅ Only eligible cancellation policies will appear
Hostfully now pulls the list of cancellation policies currently supported by Airbnb for each published property, so the dropdown stays aligned with Airbnb automatically.

✅ Clearer policy descriptions
Standard cancellation policies now include short descriptions in the dropdown to help you understand the differences between options.

✅ Imported properties keep their current policy
If you import a property from Airbnb, Hostfully will display its currently configured cancellation policy, even if that policy is no longer available for newly configured properties.

💡 Pro tip: A little more flexibility can go a long way! More flexible cancellation policies can help attract more travelers and increase booking potential.

Before you make a change: If your imported property is using a legacy cancellation policy that’s no longer available in the dropdown, you may not be able to select it again after switching to a different policy.

You can now connect your Hostfully properties directly to Furnished Finder, giving you a new way to reach travelers searching for 30+ day stays!

Furnished Finder connects property managers with traveling professionals, including healthcare workers, corporate travelers, and other guests looking for longer stays.

What syncs with Furnished Finder?

Once connected, Hostfully will sync:

• Availability & Pricing so your calendar and rates stay up to date, no manual updates or double bookings to worry about.
• Listing Content including photos, descriptions, property types, and amenities

💡 One important thing to know

Furnished Finder works differently from a traditional booking channel.

It’s a lead-generation platform, so interested travelers will contact you directly. You’ll manage the conversation and guest screening, and once you accept a lead, simply add the reservation to Hostfully to keep everything organized in one place.

How to activate Furnished Finder

1. Go to Channels in your Hostfully account
2. Go to Other Channels → Furnished Finder
3. Sign up or log in to Furnished Finder
4. Click Connect Hostfully and register
5. Toggle ON the properties you want to connect
