Which apps open when your Mac starts? Login items can be useful, but the list often grows unnoticed. Check System Settings > General > Login Items & Extensions. Remove what you no longer need, but check unfamiliar items before switching them off. #MacTips #MacSecurity

A strong password matters, but it isn’t the only protection your account needs. If your password is stolen, two-factor authentication adds another check before someone can sign in. Enable 2FA wherever it’s available, especially on important accounts. #OnlineSecurity #2FA
