If someone has a negative opinion of another person online and has shared it with many others, then in the future they will have to interpret even positive communication from that person in a negative light. Otherwise, they’ll look bad.

I wish the EU did regulate something useful. E.g. when i order something, i need to blacklist certain delivery services like GLS and DPD because they *never* deliver without problems and me ending up getting the parcel from random remote locations

Life can be so simple and nice. You release a product. Customer buys it. Week later, customer sends you a mail telling you they enjoy the product but there is a problem. You research the problem, fix it, communicate back. Customer is thankful for buying from someone who cares.

It's funny (and interesting!) how some projects that you build in the open are ignored (at first) and some projects that are only available in some remote forge in an unannounced repo accidentally turn up in podcasts. :-D
